Abstract	The questions of creation of compensatory mechanisms in the conditions of restriction of function of representation by the prosecutor of interests of the citizen or the state in court are considered. The problems arising in the sphere of protection of the rights of the personality owing to deprivation of prosecutor’s office of possibility to represent interests of citizens are defined. Activities of system of free legal aid, and also the Authorized Supreme Council of Ukraine for human rights as factors of replacement of representation function of prosecutor’s office is analyzed.
